*Design Build.  Design Build is a method of project delivery in which one entity (designer-builder) forges a single contract with the owner to provide for architectural/engineering design services and construction services.   Design Build works effectively in both commercial and residential projects.  Design-Build advantages include shorter design to construction cycle, single responsibility, cost and time savings, and more accurate construction costs.   Several firms are specializing in  Design Build and some as a partnership and others with in-house staff.   Design Build is very effective in working with Amvic ICF construction in that efficiencies and savings can be incorporated into the process from the beginning while knowing the overall cost structure.
